This “Pomata Fina” is inspired by the earliest pomade recipe we’ve yet found. From the only complete copy of a Venetian manuscript titled Treatise on Cosmetics, circa 1500 (Walters Ms. W.478).
Crisp apple, blooming with rose & jasmine, and warm spices brightened with lemon. Creamy & richly emollient for hands, feet, elbows, split ends, and body.
Ingredients: Lard, Beeswax, Lemon oil, Labdanum oil, Cinnamon oil, Clove oil, Fragrance. May contain: Rosemary extract. External use only.
